By signing this agreement form, I and the organization I represent agree to abide by the laws and regulations of the Ben Avery Shooting Facility, and we understand that the laws and regulations of this facility are for the safety and the safe enjoyment of the users.  

By acceptance of this key, we agree to ensure that only our participants are permitted into the key controlled areas and that all persons have left the area before we secure it.

We agree to secure all BASF property and key controlled areas before our leaving the facility.

We understand that keys for special events must be scheduled 30 days in advance. We agree to return the key by the date requested.

We understand that this key is the property of the State of Arizona, and that State Law prohibits the unauthorized use or duplication of this key, and that it must be surrendered upon request. 

We understand that abuses of this agreement will result in loss of our ability to check out keys.
