The Conservation Education Training Building is located on the south edge of
the Conservation Education Area parking lot. Its purpose is to support
Conservation Education Programs of the Arizona Game and Fish Department. This
procedure shall establish the use of this building.
Scheduling:
· The Conservation Education Training Building is to be scheduled
through the BASF reservation system. All users will have a current BASF User
Agreement on file at the Facility Office.
Scheduling Priorities:
· Priority A: Conservation Education Programs (includes BASF
staff programs)
· Priority B: Arizona Game and Fish Department Programs
· Priority C: Ben Avery Shooting Facility User Groups
· Priority B and C programs and events may only be scheduled two
weeks in advance, if there are no Priority A needs.
Use Procedures:
· All persons and groups using the building will leave it in the
same condition as it was found.
· Posted use procedures will be followed.
· A clean up fee will be assessed to any group who fails to clean
up before leaving.
· Materials found in the building are to remain in the building.
