The Ben Avery Shooting Facility has a large archery facility to meet all your archery needs.

Ranges open to the public and match shooting include:

 

Practice Lanes (15 to 65 yards)

 

FITA Practice ( 2 lanes, 20 to 90 meters)

 

Broadhead/Crossbow Practice (2 lanes 20 to 90 meters)

 

Upper Hill Range-Burlap animal targets

 

Lower Hill Range-NFAA field targets

 

Field Range- NFAA field targets

 

Animal Range-NFAA animal targets

 

Hunter Range-NFAA hunter targets

 

FITA Range: match shoots only

Other features include air-conditioned restrooms, a picnic area with picnic tables and BBQ grills, a 24 student training room, covered firing line and resting area shade covers, and a public information center.

Archers not participating in a match must check in at the Main Range and pay the $5.00 daily fee before going to the Archery Ranges. Access to the Archery Ranges is through the facility's main gate. The Archery Ranges have the same hours of service as the Rifle and Pistol Ranges. Archers competing in matches must check in with their match director.
